Balancing Blood Sugar and Cravings
I’ve been taking NAC for over a year to help balance my blood sugar and insulin resistant PCOS. I have noticed a decrease in my cravings for sugary items and blood sugar drops! This is definitely a key player in helping balance your blood sugar - preventing sugar levels from dropping and helping decrease cravings. Would highly recommend!

I loved it!
I was using NAC for about 2 weeks and I absolutely LOVED it. I felt like it helped to suppress my cravings/hunger and I also felt less anxious. Unfortunately, I had an unusual allergic reaction to it which led to breaking out in hives. I tested this out to make sure it was the NAC by introducing it on two separate occasions and hives followed each time after just a few days of use. I gave it a 4 star out of 5 for this reason. Had I not been allergic, it would have definitely been a 5-star!

Used for 2 years now!
I used this product for 2 years and it was an crucial part of helping balance my blood sugars and insulin resistance. I have battles PCOS and infertility for almost 3 years now. There are many different things that have attributed to finally conceiving, but I know that NAC was an important piece!

Helping my hormones
I have been taking Root NAC for several months now and have definitely noticed a positive difference. I seem to be having less blood sugar ups and downs and my period has been more manageable. One of the reasons I chose this product is because of the higher dose (900mg). Many other brands are only 500-600 mg and I am trying to take at least 1800mg per day so it's nice to only have to take 2 capsules.
