Instructions

Suggested dosage: 1 capsule daily with food (for enhanced absorption).

Ingredients

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol)- 125 mcg (5,000 IU)
Vitamin K2 (as Menaquinone-7 (MK-7)) (MenaQ7®) - 45 mcg 

Other ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose (natural vegetable capsule), Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide and Stearic Acid.

Roots Vit D3/K

I have taken Root’s vitamin D/K2 for a couple years now. This has enabled me to keep my vitamin D level at 67. Other supplements never got it this high! Love it! Helped with anxiety as well.
