Sustained energy levels all day

I bought this supplement primarily for my husband as he was having extreme brain fog and exhaustion. After taking it almost a month in a combination of prioritizing sleep, he has definitely seen an improvement in his energy levels and a sustainment in energy continuing through the afternoon and even post workouts. I also have been taking it every other day for about the month and feel more well rested and energized.

Great to increase energy

This nutrient is the very first step in energy production. If you are low, you will be tired.
The human body has trillions of mitochondria and CoQ10 is a key-player in cellular energy production within these mitochondria.
Important for egg quality, especially in women over the age of 30. Each egg a female ovulates has around 100,000 mitochondria. CoQ10 is a key-player in male fertility as well, with each sperm having 50-75 mitochondria.
