So much information

This panel provides so much insight into your health and tests way more than anything I've ever done with my PCP. It was so helpful to see about lipids, blood sugar, thyroid, and vitamins and minerals. I plan to do this every year to check in!

So necessary for pinpointing health changes

This lab panel was so necessary in order to fully understand exactly what was going on in my body. Without it, we wouldn't have known exactly what supplements to take, how exactly to adjust my diet and how to adjust my exercise program. Plus, once you get a clear picture you have bench marks! It's so exactly to re-test a few things months later and see improvements. This is a relatively easy way to get the full picture and has been a necessary part of my PCOS journey.

The most helpful lab testing I've ever done!

These labs gave me more information than I've every received from my PCP. Dr. Cordes was able to walk me through my results during our visit and made it really easy to understand. We found I was low in magnesium, vitamin d, vitamin b12 and omega 3. I am now taking these root supplements knowing I am treating the right things vs guessing which supplements would be best for me. This panel is something I am motivated to do annually to make sure I stay on track!
