Great product

This nutrient is the very first step in energy production. If you are low, you will be tired.
The human body has trillions of mitochondria and CoQ10 is a key-player in cellular energy production within these mitochondria.
Important for egg quality, especially in women over the age of 30. Each egg a female ovulates has around 100,000 mitochondria. CoQ10 is a key-player in male fertility as well, with each sperm having 50-75 mitochondria.
