Helps with allergies year round
I incorporate D-Hist everyday into my morning and dinner vitamins. I had a serious cold and then COVID back-to-back a few years ago, and ever since, my ears have been stuffy and irritated. I went to an ENT to have them look into it, but they couldn't help. So I turned to Dr. Armstrong. She recommended D-Hist along with a saline nose spray. It has gradually improved over time. Grateful to have a safe remedy to a frustrating problem.
