Works for me!

I am on my second bottle of Root Probiotic and so far, so good! I have had tolerance issues with many other brands but have had no issues with this probiotic. I am feeling more "regular" and that my gut is generally in a better place. I also love that this product has multiple strains, including S. boulardii.

Had to Discontinue Use

While I liked this product, I had to discontinue due to a allergic rash. Tried for two weeks, rash kept getting worse and went away as soon as I stopped taking. I had taken probiotics in the past, but this was the first time I ever had an allergic reaction.

Digestive Support without the Side Effects

This probiotic was taken as part of a gut reset protocol. I was able to take 1 per day without side effects to repopulate the healthy bacteria in my gut. I appreciate that this formula does not need to be refrigerated and that it can be combined with dietary changes that introduce probiotics through food without digestive discomfort.
