Dr. Erica Armstrong will present on what it means to have PCOS, how it is really diagnosed (why is there so much confusion and underdiagnosis), what is happening in the body with PCOS, and include some of our best clinical pearls in our approach. Dietitian Chef Jenn has created a delicious PCOS friendly dinner with fresh local ingredients. We’ll be talking about why we chose the ingredients and the benefits for PCOS.

Menu: (100% gluten and dairy free) 

Turmeric Ginger Salad: Revolution Farms Spring Mix, Shredded Carrots, Peas, Pickled Radish, Spiced Pepitas, Turmeric Ginger Dressing 

Beet and Dill Marinated Salmon served with Roasted Asparagus, Carrot Puree, Charred Romanesco Salad 

Chocolate Olive Oil Cake served with Mint Infused Chocolate Sauce, Coconut Cream, Orange Zest paired with Spearmint Tea
