Dietitian Chef Jenn has created a delicious PCOS friendly dinner with fresh local ingredients. We’ll be talking about why we chose the ingredients and the benefits for PCOS.

Dinner:
Beet and Dill Marinated Salmon served with Roasted Asparagus, Carrot Puree, Charred Romanesco Salad
Dessert:
Chocolate Olive Oil Cake served with Mint Infused Chocolate Sauce, Coconut Cream, Orange Zest paired with Spearmint Tea
